1. Software Developer
Hawk-Eye Innovations requires a software developer to join its team.
Overview
- Successful applicants will develop specific software solutions to reflect Hawk-Eye’s reputation for innovation in the sporting and TV industries. These may be new projects or amendments to Hawk-Eye’s existing programmes.
- Employees will gain the opportunity to work in close contact with our most experienced software developers, thus benefiting from their expertise, whilst developers will be invited to show initiative for managing their own projects.
Job Description
Employees will be working within the areas of image processing, computer vision and mathematical modelling, whilst the global nature of the company provides frequent opportunities for travel.
Starting Date: On-going.
Location: Winchester
Qualifications and Experience
- Successful candidates will have a degree or Masters in mathematics, computer science or engineering (2:1 or higher), although other disciplines will be considered.
- Experience of working with C/C++ (either through undergraduate study or through paid or voluntary work experience) is preferable.
- GL expertise is an added bonus.
Salary: Salary will vary according to the level of experience that the successful candidate can offer.

2. Software Engineer
Hawk-Eye has vacancies for two graduate software engineers to join a young, innovative and growing company specialising in sports technology. The role offers the following benefits:

Qualifications and Experience
Successful candidates will offer the following qualities:
- Proficient in C++
- A good degree from a good University (2:1 minimum)
- Excellent attitude, and would thrive in a “more you put in more you get out” culture
- Innovative to contribute to the ideas generation as well as the implementation
- Vision processing experience beneficial but not essential
